In 1977, we incorporated a private limited company to take over the business of the sole-proprietorship established in 1968. The Company changed its name to Tat Seng Packaging Group Ltd for the public listing purpose in 2001.
Tat Seng designs, manufactures and sells corrugated packaging products for the packaging needs of a wide variety of customers according to their packing specifications. Our key products include corrugated paper boards, corrugated paper cartons, die-cut boxes, assembly cartons and heavy duty corrugated paper products.

United Packaging Industries Pte. Ltd. ("UPI"), a wholly owned subsidiary of Tat Seng Packaging Group Ltd, merged with Tat Seng at the same location to provide one-stop solution to customers who are in need of customised corrugated packaging boards and boxes according to their packing specifications.
UPI is a company which designs and manufactures corrugated boards in various sizes and corrugated flutes. UPI also manufactures corrugated carton boxes according to customers' requirements and packing specifications as its core business for the past 50 years.
Since 1993, UPI has been awarded the ISO 9001 Certification for its Quality Management System, demonstrating its uncompromising commitment to manufacturing customised products and providing the highest quality products and services to the customers.

Tat Seng Packaging (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. was established in Suzhou, China and became a wholly owned subsidiary of Tat Seng Packaging Group Ltd in 1977.
As our business blossomed in Singapore, we braved ourselves and entered into the China market and started our manufacturing operations in 1997. Tat Seng Packaging (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. ("Tat Seng Suzhou"), a wholly owned subsidiary of Tat Seng Group occupies a total land area of approximately 59,000 square meters. The factory is situated in close proximity to industrial parks in Wuxi and Suzhou. Tat Seng Suzhou supplies a wide range of high quality corrugated carton boxes and paper boards to customers in the Jiangsu Province, Zhejiang and Shanghai areas which include global MNCs and well-known companies from Electronics, Chemical, Pharmaceutical, Mechanical and other large-scale enterprises.

Hefei Dansun Packaging Co., Ltd. became the second subsidiary of Tat Seng Group after Tat Seng Packaging Group Ltd acquired its 80% equity stake in 2006 and another 14.4% stake in 2010.
Hefei Dansun which is located in Anhui Province, supplies a range of high quality printed corrugated paper packaging products, and provide packaging support services to the medium and large sized enterprises in Hefei and its surrounding cities.

Nantong Hengcheng Paper Industry Co., Ltd. is located at Rugao of Jiangsu Province. Tat Seng Packaging (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. acquired an 70% of this company’s equity interest in 2009.
As part of the expansion plan in China, Tat Seng Suzhou acquired an 70% equity interest in Nantong Hengcheng Paper Industry Co., Ltd. ("NTHC") in September 2009. NTHC is in the business of manufacture and sale of corrugated paper boards and serving customers in the west region of Nantong.
NTHC is committed to improving product quality and reliability. We have upgraded the production line and its ancillary equipment and extended the leased factory premises located in Rugao, Jiangsu Province in March 2012.

The factory building of NTTS was built on a 26,600 square metres land in Tongzhou, Jiangsu Province, and equipped with a 2.2 metre corrugator line. NTTS commenced operation since February 2011 and is serving customers in the east region of Nantong.

In January 2012, Tat Seng set up a 67% owned subsidiary in Tianjin, namely Tianjin Dansun Packaging Co., Ltd. ("Tianjin Dansun"). This is part of the Group’s strategic plan to penetrate the northern region market of China. Tianjin Dansun supplies high quality corrugated paper packaging products to medium and large enterprises in Tianjin, Beijing and its surrounding areas.
